Privacy & contact information
RE/MAX Platinum Ann Arbor uses this website to help you explore properties and request real estate assistance.
Information you provide
Contact, seller, agent, and showing forms collect your name, contact details, message, and information relevant to your request. We also record the submitting page, requested property or agent, contact consent, and submission time. Please do not send financial account numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive records through these forms.
How we use requests
We store inquiries in the website’s database. Our lead-delivery system sends requests to the office’s Google Sheets lead tracker and inbox so our team can respond and coordinate follow-up. If delivery is interrupted, we retain the request and retry. The office, the agent handling your request, and service providers needed to operate these systems may process the information. A showing request is not a confirmed appointment.
Saved searches
If you sign in and save a search, we store your account identifier, search name and filters, and your signed-in email address. If you opt in, we send a daily email when newly matching listings are available. Existing searches remain paused until you enable alerts. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can pause alerts or remove the search from your account. We retain match and delivery records to prevent repeated emails. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.
Website services
Hosting and sign-in services process technical requests needed to operate the website. Maps, embedded videos, and listing photos load from external providers, which may receive your IP address, browser information, and other technical data. Google’s handling of Maps and YouTube information is described in its privacy policy. Browser preferences and sign-in features may use cookies or local storage.
Questions and preferences
Contact Rob Sherman at robsherman@comehomemichigan.com or 734-219-4052 to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or change your contact preferences. We will review your request and explain any records we need to retain.
